General booking conditions:

Prices and city-tax:

• All prices include VAT.
• All prices and offers exclude the local tax..
  From 01.01.2014, every guest above the age of 14 is charged a local tax, which is calculated per person and night. The local tax must be paid on site.
• In the period from the 06/29/24 to the 08/30/24, apartments C1 and C2 can be only booked at the price for 4 people.
• The Lodge / Beatus apartments on the 2nd floor can only be booked with breakfast or with a surcharge of EUR 20.00 per day.
• For stays shorter than 3 days we charge an additional fee.

Final cleaning:

• Final cleaning costs Euro 40.- up to Euro 50.-.
  No final cleaning will be charged in Marzo (except Easter).

Additional guests:

• For each additional guest we charge Euro 15 up to Euro 45.
  Reductions for children are available on request.

Intermediate cleaning:

• Daily or intermediate cleaning of the flats are available on request and at extra charge.
  Daily cleaning: Euro 10,00 per day
• Intermediate cleaning: Euro 20.00 - 25.00 per cleaning

Breakfast:

• Apartment with breakfast: you can have breakfast with us at an additional price of 19.00 per person and day (buffet).
  Reductions for children are available on request.
• Room rates include breakfast.

Payments:

• You can pay your bill in cash (up to EURO 3.999,99) or in advance via bank transfer.
  You can also pay with debit- or credit-card.

Arrival & Departure:

• The apartments and rooms will be available from 2:30 p.m. on the day of arrival. Of course, you're welcome to check-in earlier and wait around the hotel complex until your room is available.
• On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your apartment or room by 10:00 a.m.
• No arrivals or departures on Sunday..

Others:

• WiFi is available for free throughout the Hotel complex.
• When booking, please tell us the exact number of guests who will be staying in your room/apartment.
  If you're travelling with children, please tell us their exact age.
• Reservations and bookings made verbally and over the phone are binding. However, we also ask for a written confirmation.
• We're happy to wash your laundry for 5.00 euros/wash.
• The publication of a new price list invalidates all previous price lists.
• All floor plans serve as guidelines and are therefore not binding.

Cancellations:

• We always recommend our guests to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Reservations can be cancelled under the following conditions:
- up to 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit paid will be retained as a handling fee.
- less than 30 days prior to arrival, 90% of the total stay booked will be charged.
